Q: How long does delivery take? A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location across UAE.


Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery? A: Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across all UAE Emirates. Pay when your order arrives safely at your doorstep.


Q: Is online payment safe? A: Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with industry standard SSL encryption keeping your personal and payment information completely protected at all times.


Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? A: We sincerely apologize if this happens. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a video of the product and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.


Q: Do you offer refunds? A: We currently do not offer cash refunds. All eligible claims are processed as free replacements. Please refer to our Return and Replacement Policy for full details.


Q: How do I request a replacement? A: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of delivery. Share a clear video of the faulty or incorrect product and our team will guide you through the process immediately.

Q: Can I open the package and check the item before paying the courier?

A: According to UAE courier partner regulations, the courier agent cannot hand over or allow you to open the package before the cash payment is collected. If you open your package after paying the courier and find any defect, damage, or mismatch, we will arrange a free exchange or replacement for you immediately.

Q: Are there any extra hidden fees for choosing Cash on Delivery?

A: No. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay the courier. We offer free shipping and do not charge additional COD handling fees across any of the UAE Emirates.

Q: How long does it take to receive my replacement item?

A: Once approved, your replacement order is prioritized. Deliveries to major cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah take 1–3 business days, while remote areas across the northern Emirates may take up to 4 business days.
